Time Deposit: Mga Proseso

PROSESO SA PAG-BUKAS NG TIME DEPOSIT ACCOUNT
  1. Kumuha ng application form para sa time deposit at siguraduhin na makumpleto ito. 
  2. Maliban sa application form, i-handa rin ang mga requirements: valid id, 1x1 picture, at deposit slip. 
  3. Magtungo sa Information & New Accounts para ipasa ang TD application form at requirements at ang cash na idedeposito. 
  4. Hintayin lamang na maproseso ng Information & New Accounts and deposito sa Teller. 
  5. Kapag nadeposito na ang inyong cash para sa Time Deposit, ang Information at New Accounts ay mag-iissue ng Certificate of Time Deposit bilang patunay ng account. 
  6. Suriing mabuti ang Certificate of Time Deposit at i-check kung tama ang:
    1. Pangalan
    2. Amount of deposit
    3. Date of account opening
Notes
Kapag na-suri na tama ang lahat ng detalye, pumirma lamang sa nakalaang puwang na ituturo ng Information at New Accounts.

Itago ng mabuti ang Certficate of Time Deposit at laging dalhin sa mga susunod na transaction kagaya ng pag-dagdag ng deposito o pag-withdraw.
PROSESO NG PAG-DAGDAG NG DEPOSITO SA TIME DEPOSIT
  1. Mag-accomplish ng deposit slip. 
  2. Ibigay ang Certificate of Time Deposit sa Information at New Accounts. 
  3. Kumuha ng number para sa Teller transaction. Hintayin na matawag at ibigay ang cash at deposit slip. 
  4. Ipakita sa Information & New Accounts ang copy ng deposit slip at hintayin na ma-update ang Cetificate of Time Deposit. 
Warning
Upang masiguro na hindi ma-preterminate ang Time Deposit, siguraduhin na kung magda-dagdag ng deposito ay eksakto sa maturity date ng Time Deposit.
PROSESO NG PAG-WITHDRAW NG DEPOSITO SA TIME DEPOSIT (PARTIAL WITHDRAW)
  1. Mag-accomplish ng deposit slip.
  2. Ibigay ang Certificate of Time Deposit sa Information at New Accounts.
  3. Kumuha ng number para sa Teller transaction. Hintayin na matawag at ibigay ang cash at deposit slip.
  4. Ipakita sa Information & New Accounts ang copy ng deposit slip at hintayin na ma-update ang Cetificate of Time Deposit.
PAALALA: 
Upang masiguro na hindi ma-preterminate ang Time Deposit, siguraduhin na kung magda-dagdag ng deposito ay eksakto sa maturity date ng Time Deposit.  

PROSESO NG PAG-WITHDRAW NG DEPOSITO SA TIME DEPOSIT (FULL WITHDRAW/ TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT)
  1. Magtungo sa Information & New Accounts at sabihin kung ilan ang gustong i-withdraw mula sa Time Deposit account.
  2. Hintayin na maproseso ang pag-withdraw. Kapag tinawag ang iyong pangalan, lumapit sa Teller o Accounting Clerk para mapirmahan ang Cash Voucher or General Journal Form.
  3. Kunin ang duplicate ng dokumentong pinirmahan at hintayin na muling ma-update ang Certificate of Time Deposit.  
PAALALA:
Siguraduhing mag-withdraw sa maturity term/date upang hindi magbawasan ang interest ng Time Deposit.
